As ACO Group Corporate Growth and Financing Manager, your focus would be on driving the group’s strategic expansion while ensuring that the necessary funding and capital structures are in place to support that growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth Planning – Develop and align growth strategies across markets, products, and partnerships.
• Capital Raising & Financing – Assess funding needs and lead capital raising efforts with investors and lenders.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling – Build models to evaluate growth initiatives, risks, and valuations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting for Growth Initiatives- Create and monitor growth-driven budgets and forecasts.
• Stakeholder Communication – Report on strategy and financials to executives and investors.
• Risk & Capital Structure Management – Manage financial risks and optimize capital structure.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-12 years experience in project finance, investment analysis or fund management.
• Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Banking, Investments or related field. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with comfort in fast-paced and emerging market environments.
• Willingness to travel across Africa as required.
