Job Summary

- We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the construction of our new company sites and ensure the optimal functionality of our existing facilities.

- The role requires knowledge of construction, project management and long-term asset maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all new construction and renovation projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Act as the Site Authority, managing all contractors, vendors, and artisans to enforce the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Verify that all construction work meets regulatory, safety, and blueprint specifications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance programs for all existing facilities.
- Oversee the functionality of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
- Negotiate and manage maintenance contracts and relationships with all service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5-7 years in a Facilities Management or Project Management role, with a strong track record of managing both new builds and maintenance operations.
- Professional certification in Project Management, such as PMP or CAPM, is a significant advantage.
- Unwavering commitment to enforcing safety protocols and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
