Role Overview:

• We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Field Collections Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain proper documentation, and drive timely collections to minimize portfolio risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date loan records and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor repayment schedules and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile loan accounts and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Support the Risk and Collections team in managing default cases.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in loan disbursement, collections, or related financial role (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial record-keeping.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
