Job Summary
- The Head, Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and leading ARM’s talent acquisition strategy to attract, select, and retain top talent in alignment with the organization’s business growth needs. This role oversees recruitment operations, employer branding, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven process improvements to ensure ARM remains a talent magnet and achieves its workforce objectives efficiently.
Job Details
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with ARM’s business objectives and workforce plans.
- Build a consistent talent pipeline to reduce hiring turnaround time and improve qualityof-hire.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment processes.
- Recruitment & Selection: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for critical, senior, and specialized roles across the Group.
- Ensure the consistent use of structured interviews, assessments, and competencybased hiring methodologies.
- Introduce innovative sourcing techniques (AI-driven platforms, digital campaigns, social media recruiting).
- Employer Branding & Talent Marketing: Lead initiatives to strengthen ARM’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and brand visibility in the talent market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional associations, and industry networks.
- Organize and represent ARM at career fairs, conferences, and industry events to attract top talent.
- Process & Policy Design: Develop recruitment policies, frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
- Introducing innovative sourcing methods (AI tools, digital platforms, social media recruiting).
- Stakeholder Engagement & Capacity Building: Partner with business partners to understand talent requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Train and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, selection techniques, and bias reduction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on market insights and talent availability
- Data & Analytics: Define, track, and report key TA metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, diversity ratios).
- Use insights from data analytics to improve sourcing channels, reduce costs, and enhance candidate experience.
- Assessment Centres: Drive the delivery of Assessments within ARM
- HR Analytics: Responsible for providing periodic and ad-hoc workforce analytics and reports to
Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (master’s degree preferred)
Professional Requirements
- Professional certification in human resources from a recognized professional body (e.g. CIPD, CIPM, SHRM, World at Work) Advanced Business Degree (preferably an MBA)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience in Human resources with at least 2 years in a leadership position
