Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing property sales.
  • You will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in properties while providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
  • Promote and market real estate investment opportunities.
  • Conduct site inspections and property tours with potential buyers.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, prices, and developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Must own a smartphone and have access to social media for marketing purposes.
