Job Summary

• The Business Development Associate will support the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, assisting in building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.
• This role requires a proactive and driven individual with strong communication skills who can balance research, prospecting, and client engagement while supporting the wider business development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of business development strategies to secure new clients and revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of leads across target industries and service areas.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
• Assist in preparing tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations for clients.
• Engage with potential clients through prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Support end-to-end client engagement from initial contact through onboarding and relationship management.
• Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Services, Operations, and Creative) to align proposals and delivery with client needs.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to engage clients and contribute to revenue growth.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct research and provide market insights to support strategy.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience in the media, consulting, branding, or marketing industry is highly desirable.
