About the Role

• Our client, a leading real estate firm, is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented professional to head their Sales & Letting Unit.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales and lettings, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, market, and manage properties for sale and for letting.
• Handle enquiries from potential clients and provide professional guidance.
• Conduct property inspections with clients.
• Negotiate and close property sales and letting transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information (both physical and digital).
• Identify and bring new properties into the company’s portfolio.
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives, producing regular performance reports.
• Assess client needs and financial capacity to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare financial projections and analysis of real estate sales transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Estate Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in a similar role within the Lagos real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos Island real estate landscape.
• Must reside in a location with convenient access to Victoria Island.
• Valid driving skills (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Confident, sociable, and professional in client interactions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: N6,000,000 per annum.
• Commissions: Highly attractive commission structure (with potential annual earnings of up to N10,000,000 in commissions).
