About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent client service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Manage client complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide clients with accurate information about products and services.
- Keep records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Follow up on client issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the achievement of client service goals and targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in client service, customer care, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
