Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and scheduling.

- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
- Assist with office operations and coordination of company activities.
Requirements
- A polished and professional appearance with excellent personal presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, confident, and poised in handling clients and office matters.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, customer service officer, or administrative support is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office management tools.
