Job Summary

  • The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the services of Tranquil and Quest Specialist Hospital. This role involves enhancing the hospital’s brand visibility, driving patient engagement, building strong community relationships, and supporting business growth through creative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, programs, and health initiatives.
  • Manage the hospital’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Create engaging health-related content to educate, inform, and attract patients.
  • Monitor analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and improve online visibility.
  • Plan and coordinate hospital events, health fairs, screenings, and community outreach programs.
  • Build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and stakeholders to enhance referrals and partnerships.
  • Represent the hospital at external functions to promote services and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify healthcare trends, patient needs, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for new service opportunities and growth strategies.
  • Track marketing ROI and prepare regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative departments to highlight services and success stories.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Finance teams to align marketing strategies with hospital objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ proven experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare or service-related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and social media management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
