Responsibilities
- To manage, organize and supervise all office activities.
- To handle all customer communications, collate and manage customer data.

- To manage inventory, supplies and purchase for the business.
- Manage schedules and timelines.
- Ensure operations adhere to rules and regulations.
- Manage cost and expenses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or supervisory roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with technical industries (Power, Energy, Security, or Engineering) is an added advantage.
