HMO Business Development Officer
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the organization’s client base.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities in the health insurance sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Health Insurance/Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is compulsory.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
