Accounts and Admin Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain accurate records of expenditures and petty cash.
- Provide administrative support including documentation, filing, and office coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting or related discipline.
- Minimum of 1–3 years relevant experience in accounting and office administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and integrity.
