Job Description

• Drive sales and market penetration of self-adhesive tapes (Bag Neck Sealing – BNS) and related bakery packaging products.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with dealers and distributors across Nigeria.
• Conduct product trials with large bakeries, prepare detailed reports, and follow through on adoption.
• Develop monthly and annual customer forecasts, sales targets, and product-specific budgets.
• Prepare and submit daily call/activity reports to track progress.
• Ensure timely collections of payments in collaboration with the customer service team.
• Coordinate with customer service on order processing and approvals.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales within the bakery materials/packaging sector (bread nylon, BNS tapes, etc.).
• Age range: 25–35 years.
• Strong network with bakery material dealers and major bakeries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
