We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. The role involves conducting impactful sales presentations, generating quality leads, analysing market trends, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new customers for Oxygen’s financial solutions.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Generate and manage quality leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Track, monitor, and achieve sales targets, providing regular performance reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend business growth strategies.
- Deliver training and support to customers to ensure seamless adoption of Oxygen’s products and services.
- Uphold the company’s values by ensuring excellent customer service at all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven sales experience in microfinance loans, collateral lending, or real estate (mandatory).
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
