Job Description
- Business Development within the target market.
- Daily relationship management of customers via calls or visitations to maintain quality service to key corporate clients, conducted with the highest professional standards.
- Collaborating with relevant internal units to ensure seamless processing of transactions and other requests on customers’ behalf.
- Provision of financial solutions – generic and bespoke, based on an understanding of the customer’s current and future needs; in line with the bank’s product and service offerings.
- Provide feedback and insight regarding existing and potential key client engagements, focused on improving services, strengthening the business relationship or exploiting banking opportunities.
- Preparation of quality credit write-ups and presentations.
- Win transaction mandates from customers focused on driving business growth and execution of fee-earning transactions by securing.
- Deposit mandates (low-cost and tenured deposits), drive collections.
- Quality risk asset mandates (Overdrafts, Time Loan, Term Loan, etc.)
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:2) in a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Marketing, Finance and other related fields.
- Professional certification (or advanced stages) in ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA is an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Relationship Officer, or Business Development role in banking/financial service
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 4-10 years post-NYSC experience in:
