Credit Administration Officer
Key Responsibilities
Credit Documentation:
- Reviewing and processing credit applications and supporting documentation.
- Ensuring all credit files are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Preparing and managing credit agreements and related legal documents.
- Following up on outstanding documentation and discrepancies
- Identifying and reporting potential credit risks.
- Analyzing financial statements and credit reports.
- Providing support and assistance to the credit department.
- Maintaining effective working relationships with other departments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5-7years in credit administration in a commercial bank, finance houses, or any other financial institution
- Strong understanding of credit principles, risk management, and financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of relevant banking regulations is a plus.
Salary
N500,000 – N650,000 monthly.
