Credit Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities
Credit Documentation:

  • Reviewing and processing credit applications and supporting documentation.
  • Ensuring all credit files are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
  • Preparing and managing credit agreements and related legal documents.
  • Following up on outstanding documentation and discrepancies
  • Identifying and reporting potential credit risks.
  • Analyzing financial statements and credit reports.
  • Providing support and assistance to the credit department.
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with other departments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5-7years in credit administration in a commercial bank, finance houses, or any other financial institution
  • Strong understanding of credit principles, risk management, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of relevant banking regulations is a plus.

Salary
N500,000 – N650,000 monthly.
