Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with accuracy and empathy.
- Provide product/service information and guide customers in making informed decisions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
