Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with accuracy and empathy.
  • Provide product/service information and guide customers in making informed decisions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
