Job Description

  • Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for residents in a residential community.
  • This role is vital in ensuring excellent customer service, fostering positive relationships, and facilitating smooth communication between residents and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Educate residents on the benefits and features of the company’s services to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Receive, document, and relay resident complaints or feedback to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Maintain a welcoming and approachable demeanor to build trust and rapport with residents.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as logging interactions and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • OND/HND/BSc
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Basic organizational and documentation skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 / month.
