Facility Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment.
- Manage maintenance of buildings, equipment, utilities, and other assets.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise and manage facility staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor facility expenses, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Implement policies and procedures for facility management and workplace safety.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors/contractors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
