Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment.
  • Manage maintenance of buildings, equipment, utilities, and other assets.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Supervise and manage facility staff, contractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor facility expenses, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Implement policies and procedures for facility management and workplace safety.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors/contractors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
