Sales and Marketing Executive (Survey Equipment- B2B & B2C)

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is key to expanding our customer base — both business clients (B2B) and individual buyers (B2C). The ideal candidate will be driven, creative, and relentless in pursuing leads, closing deals, and developing marketing strategies that increase visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage both companies and individual customers daily through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp & other social media platforms, and in-person meetings.
  • Sell surveying equipment, including GNSS receivers, total stations, drones, levels, and accessories to businesses (engineering firms, construction companies, architectural companies) and individuals (licensed surveyors, freelancers, etc.)
  • Follow up persistently on inquiries, quotations, and leads until conversion.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for B2B (corporate, volume buyers) and B2C (individual professionals).
  • Propose and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract walk-in and online customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver weekly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with our experienced surveyors for demos and product support when needed.
  • Attend trade shows, webinars, and surveyor association events as a representative of the brand when needed.
  • Support social media marketing and online promotions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/marketing
  • Proven sales track record in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Strong communication skills — confident in calling and closing sales daily.
  • Ability to craft and adjust messaging based on client type.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to think outside the box.
  • CRM and digital marketing familiarity is a plus (e.g., Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • A background in geospatial, engineering, surveying, or technology sales is a strong advantage.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Surveying, or related field preferred.
  • Must be living around Lekki, Chevron, or its environs
