About the Role

  • We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales/Business Development Specialist with 3–5 years of proven success in IT and software development services.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience selling SaaS products, a solid understanding of IT/software services and solutions, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the IT and SaaS sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT leaders, procurement teams).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive positioning.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reports, forecasts, and client records using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in sales or business development within IT/software development.
  • Proven track record in selling SaaS products and IT consulting solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, IT outsourcing, or managed services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach.
