Business Development Officer – HMO
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for HMO clients, ensuring efficient communication and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential HMO partners.
- Resolve escalated issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Business Development & Sales Support:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase client utilization and revenue from HMOs.
- Support the negotiation and renewal of HMO contracts and agreements.
- Track and analyze HMO client trends to provide insights for business strategy.
Operations & Coordination:
- Collaborate with pharmacy/store teams to ensure HMO customers receive quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of HMO client transactions and activities.
- Work closely with the backend operations team to ensure proper claims processing.
Marketing & Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives to drive HMO partnerships.
- Support promotional campaigns and awareness programs for HMO clients.
