Front Desk Officer

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The role involves managing front office operations, handling inquiries, supporting administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the company’s brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s services, property listings, and processes.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Manage appointment schedules, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist clients and prospective buyers/tenants with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Support the sales and leasing teams with client documentation and follow-ups.
  • Maintain visitor logs, access control, and ensure compliance with security procedures.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and updating records.
  • Assist in organizing company events, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Uphold the company’s professional image by providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or OND/HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role (experience in real estate is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
