HR Officer
Job Summary
- We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team and support our human resources operations and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Support day-to-day HR operations including payroll administration, benefits management, and leave tracking.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization.
- Provide support in performance management and employee relations.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR-related role.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
