Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team and support our human resources operations and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Support day-to-day HR operations including payroll administration, benefits management, and leave tracking.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization.
• Provide support in performance management and employee relations.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR-related role.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
