Back of House Manager

Manage all stockroom operations and ensure seamless merchandise flow to the sales floor
Prep, tag, and stage products effectively for floor display
Handle all incoming stock and documentation and accurate storage
Maintain awareness of store targets and work actively to support target achievement
Prioritize merchandise flow to drive sales opportunities
Act as a stockroom operations role model, ensuring process adherence and productivity feedback
Execute deliveries quickly and accurately while following stock protection procedures
Record and manage stock movement in and out of store via IC or Omnichannel processes
Ensure sufficient consumables are in place for smooth stockroom function; escalate issues as needed
Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and adjustment controls
Manage all health and safety procedures within the stockroom
Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with leadership to drive results
Provide strong leadership and coaching to the BOH team, including performance management support
Collaborate closely with the wider store team to exceed store goals
Provide flexible support to other team members when required
