• Document recurring issues to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5 years in technical customer support.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring a support team.
• Knowledge of relevant systems/tools (e.g., CRM, telecom software).

Preferred:

• Telecommunications/related experience.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco)
