The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources and will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.*Key Responsibilities:*
– Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
– Support employee relations and resolve HR-related queries
– Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
– Coordinate training and development activities.
– Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.*Requirements*:
– Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an HR Generalist role.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Good knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– ⁠Certification in HR is an added advantage (CIPM, PHRI etc).
