Role Overview:
- Manage front‑office operations, guest services, and administrative support to ensure a professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, manage switchboard, and coordinate mail/courier.
- Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and travel.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor relations.
- Assist with onboarding logistics and general clerical tasks.
- Uphold safety and security protocols at reception.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related.
- 5 years’ admin/front‑desk experience, including 2 in manufacturing.
