Role Overview:

  • Manage front‑office operations, guest services, and administrative support to ensure a professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, manage switchboard, and coordinate mail/courier.
  • Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and travel.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor relations.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and general clerical tasks.
  • Uphold safety and security protocols at reception.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related.
  • 5 years’ admin/front‑desk experience, including 2 in manufacturing.
