Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to doctors, department heads, and hospital management.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient correspondence, and daily calendars.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records, files, and confidential documents.
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other official documents.
- Organize internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Ensure a smooth flow of communication between departments and external clients.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception or front-desk area (where applicable).
- Assist in the coordination of hospital events, training, or departmental activities.
- Monitor inventory and requisition of office supplies for assigned units.
- Uphold high standards of confidentiality and data protection in handling sensitive information.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

Job Responcibilities:
- Prepare and maintain anaesthetic equipment and machines before, during, and after procedures.
- Assist anaesthetists in administering anaesthesia during surgeries and other medical procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and support patients throughout their anaesthetic experience.
- Perform equipment checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
- Maintain stock of anaesthetic supplies, drugs, and disposables in theatres.
- Provide emergency support during cardiac arrests or critical incidents.
- Ensure proper documentation of anaesthetic records and theatre logs.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and recovery teams to ensure seamless and safe patient care.
Job Requirement:
