Job Summary

- This role involves promoting our travel-related products/services to potential partners and clients, negotiating deals, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel industry to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts.
- Present and promote travel-related products and services to prospective clients based on business needs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients and partners.
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored travel solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed business development goals and performance metrics.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree Certification.
- 2–5 years of experience in a business development or client acquisition role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Background in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and basic knowledge of travel platforms.
