Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team.
- As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations as needed.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and functionalities to customers, highlighting the benefits and advantages.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery or pickup.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays and shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to ensure the availability of products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a prompt and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, promotions, and sales events to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase foot traffic to the store.
Requirements
- Education: National Diploma (Required)
- Experience: Sales: 1 year (Required) and Retail Store Management: 1 year (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or retail management is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the ICT or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and close sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
