Job Description

  • We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers in our branch in Festacto join our early years team as we prepare for the upcoming academic session.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support early literacy, numeracy, communication, and social-emotional development.
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s progress in line with curriculum expectations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care.

Requirements

  • A qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field (NCE, B.Ed, etc.).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a preschool or early years setting.
  • Strong communication, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children.
  • Creativity and flexibility to adapt to different learning needs and styles.
