EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 7 years in an executive role in a technology-driven or business solutions organization.
- Proven experience in managing multi-functional teams, particularly in Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience.
- Demonstrated success in business growth, operational excellence, and process improvement.
- Strong background in digital transformation, emerging technology solutions, and customer engagement strategies.
