- The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department.
- This role involves handling core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, records management, onboarding, and compliance.
- The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management,
- Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
