Job Overview

  • We are recruiting for our client in the ISP/ Broad Band sector, a strategic, very experienced and smart Senior Sales Enterprise Manager with hand-on experience managing a team of sales exceutives and selling products and services within the ISP/ broad band sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to a team of enterprise sales managers and representatives, driving revenue growth and sales excellence in large enterprise accounts.
  • Account Management: Develop and execute complex account plans to penetrate and expand relationships with key enterprise clients, identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to win new business, grow existing accounts, and drive market share growth.
  • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams, focusing on skill development, talent retention, and succession planning.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in enterprise clients to drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, leveraging insights to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5-7 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in an enterprise sales environment.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and developing high-performing sales teams in enterprise accounts.

Required Skills:

  • Enterprise Sales Experience: Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, stakeholder management, and C-level sales.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to C-level executives.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
