Performance / HR Manager

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track the performance of field staffacross all project locations.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process, collect reports, and provide feedback to line managers.
  • Develop and update performance dashboards or trackers to ensure real-time visibility of staff KPIs.
  • Liaise with State Leads to address performance gaps, resolve complaints, and escalate serious HR issues.
  • Support the creation and enforcement of performance improvement plans (PIPs) where necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records, appraisals, and disciplinary actions in line with data protection guidelines.
  • Assist in staff engagement, onboarding, and refresher sessions to promote productivity.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability and high performance across the teams.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Masters Degree with at least 5 years of work experience.
