Job Overview
- We are seeking a driven and experienced Territory Development Executive to join our sales team in Osogbo, Osun State.Â
- The ideal candidate must have a solid background in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales and be capable of developing and executing strategies that drive product awareness, customer engagement, and territory growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new B2C customers (retailers, outlets, and end consumers).
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase retention and sales volume.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor territory performance and competitor activities.
- Ensure proper visibility and placement of products across retail outlets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out promotional campaigns tailored to the Osogbo market.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on performance.
- Provide insights on market trends, consumer behavior, and feedback to improve product offerings.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 – 7 years of experience in B2C sales or territory development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Osun State, particularly Osogbo and its consumer dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Osogbo.

Method of Application
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor cassava milling equipment such as hammer mills, raspers, or graters.
- Feed raw cassava tubers into the milling system and maintain continuous throughput.
- Check and adjust machine parameters (speed, feed rate, blade sharpness, etc.) for optimal grinding efficiency.
- Monitor consistency and particle size of milled cassava mash as per quality standards.
- Perform pre-start checks and routine equipment cleaning.
- Ensure timely removal of fibrous waste or peel residue from the process line.
- Conduct minor maintenance, such as lubrication, filter cleaning, and screen changes.
- Record shift production data including input-output quantity, downtime, and maintenance logs.
- Report any mechanical issues or abnormal equipment behavior to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines within the milling area.
Qualifications
- High school / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Food Processing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in cassava or similar root crop processing (milling/grating/crushing).
- Familiarity with cassava processing operations (especially for starch or ethanol production) is a plus.
Key Skills:
- Operation of milling/grating machines

- Ability to work in a team and under minimal supervision.
