Job Summary:
The National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA) chartered is seeking to employ a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Social Media Assistant to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content to enhance our brand\’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Create high-quality visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials
- Design graphics, logos, brochures, and other marketing materials
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual elements
Social Media:
- Manage and maintain social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Whatsapp Channel)
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and ads
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for improvement
Content Creation:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand\’s goals
- Create engaging and informative content for various platforms
- Collaborate with other team members to develop content that meets our brand\’s standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Strong design skills and knowledge of graphic design principles
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Certification in graphic design or social media marketing
