HR Assistant

Assist in recruiting and onboarding factory workers and support staff.
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions.
Support the implementation of health, safety, and labor compliance policies.
Coordinate training sessions and safety briefings for factory employees.
Handle employee grievances and escalate issues to senior HR personnel as needed.
Monitor workforce attendance and support timekeeping and payroll processes.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Canteen, sanitation and third party vendors
Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with labor laws and company policies
All other activities as required
