Role Profile:
We are seeking a visionary Digital & Brand Manager to elevate Haul247’s brand identity and digital footprint. This strategic leader will own brand strategy, digital marketing performance, and content innovation, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and possesses both creative flair and analytical acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Craft and refine Haul247’s brand positioning, voice, and visual identity in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
- Lead internal brand advocacy: train teams, embed brand values in culture, and champion brand excellence at all levels.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Leadership
- Design and execute integrated digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email, content marketing) to drive qualified leads, engagement, and customer retention.
- Manage digital budgets, leveraging A/B testing, conversion optimization, and analytics to maximize ROI.
- Oversee paid media across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), setting clear performance targets and reporting on metrics.
Content Strategy & Community Building
- Architect a robust editorial calendar, thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers, videos, webinars, and infographics.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to produce visually compelling multimedia content.
- Grow and engage online communities (LinkedIn groups, industry forums), fostering dialogue among supply chain professionals.
Analytics & Performance Insights
- Implement and maintain tracking frameworks (Google Analytics 4, CRM integrations, marketing automation) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Develop dashboards to monitor key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates, brand sentiment) and inform strategic pivots.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & GTM Execution
- Partner with Product, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to synchronize brand messaging and launch new services.
- Lead go-to-market planning: define positioning, target audiences, and channel strategies for service rollouts.
- Serve as a brand steward in customer and investor presentations, events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 6–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing and brand management, ideally within B2B technology or logistics sectors.
- Demonstrable success managing digital budgets and achieving ≥25% year-over-year growth in lead generation or brand awareness.
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics, SEMrush/Moz, HubSpot/Marketo (or equivalent), and social media advertising platforms.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a track record of creating high-impact content.
