Key Responsibilities
- Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement business developmentstrategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and increase customer base.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitors.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth and expansion.
- Product/Service Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop new products or services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Additional Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts to ensure accurate revenue projections and business planning.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure business development success and identify areas for improvement.
