Job Summary
The Manager, Business Development & Sales will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution in sales and market development within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and property launches.
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine approaches.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly report progress to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in business development and sales, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of property market trends and real estate investment dynamics.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting.
