Customer Service Representative
We’re looking for a smart, articulate, and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our Lagos team. You’ll be handling inquiries, managing sales chats, resolving issues, and ensuring every client walks away satisfied and confident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and in-store with professionalism and warmth
- Provide detailed product information, upsell where necessary, and process orders smoothly
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Manage complaints tactfully and resolve issues quickly
- Update customer records and keep track of sales and interactions
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain discretion and uphold client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Smart, articulate, and emotionally intelligent
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage
- Comfortable speaking about adult products in a mature, respectful, and educational way
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic digital tools
- Must live within Surulere and its environs
