Today, Eat N’ Go has over 200 stores (outlet) across Nigeria a and Kenya.Job DescriptionThe 3PL Associate plays a key role in managing and coordinating third-party logistics operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods. This role involves working closely with external 3PL providers, internal teams, and customers to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and service level adherence.QualificationsKey Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations with 3PL service providers including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Monitor 3PL performance against service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and contract terms.
• Resolve logistics issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies in coordination with 3PL partners.
• Track and report on order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments and inventory levels.
• Assist with logistics process improvement initiatives and cost-reduction strategies.
• Support audits and compliance checks related to 3PL operations.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders (procurement, customer service, warehouse) to ensure alignment with logistics activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations (3PL experience preferred).
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP platforms.
• Understanding of freight, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software/tools
