• Age requirements for applicants are as follows:
  • Doctors: 27–60 years
• Applicants seeking NMT membership must:
  • Be in active service at the time of application.
  • iNot have participated in the last three Hajj Operations (2023, 2024, and 2025).
  • iiBe willing to work for 28 days and remain in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for up to 45 days before returning to Nigeria.
• Successful applicants will not be disengaged for any reason before completing their assigned 28 days of duty.
• All successful applicants must demonstrate good conduct and adhere to their professional code of ethics as well as any additional rules and regulations issued by NAHCON for NMT operations.
• Each application must include a guarantor’s attestation.
  • The guarantor must be a credible individual who is either a Career Civil Servant (not below GL 15), a Traditional ruler, a Magistrate, or a Local Government Chairman.
  • The guarantor must have known the applicant for at least five years and be able to vouch for their integrity, competence, and capability.
  • He/She must be willing to submit a copy of his/her identity cards or any mode of identification accepted in the Nigerian Public offices.
• The following documents must be attached to the application:
  • Completed guarantor’s form
  • Basic professional certificate
  • NYSC certificate (where applicable)
  • Current annual professional practicing license
  • Passport-style profile picture (white background)
  • Applicant’s declaration
  • Employer’s clearance letter
