About the Programme

• The Graduate Trainee Programme offers a unique opportunity for ambitious graduates to gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic sectors of the Nigerian economy. Trainees will undergo intensive classroom and field-based learning, mentorship from industry experts, and exposure to real-life operations, including guided tours and work rotations on offshore rigs.
• Roles available under the programme are for Engineers, a Data Analyst, Accountants, and a Legal Analyst.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) in any of the following disciplines:
• All Engineering disciplines, Geology or Geophysics, Industrial Chemistry, Computer Science / Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics, Accounting or Economics, Law
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Strong numeric mind, analytical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in the energy and offshore sector.
• Willingness to learn with a short learning curve.
