The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, structural welding, and equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on safety, precision, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication of metal structures and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and welding symbols.
• Operate and maintain welding machines and related equipment.
• Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance on metal parts and machinery.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and worksite protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Welding/Fabrication or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy workshop or construction environment.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
