What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning and promotion of our volunteer trips and Kilimanjaro fundraising climbs
• Build long-lasting relationships with donors and supporters
• Organise and run fundraising events—including our annual golf day and Oxford Half Marathon team
• Grow our digital and social media presence
• Create and manage school, youth, and university partnerships, including the Turing Scheme
• Support income generation and promotion of our Global Storybook Project
• Deliver engaging content and educational sessions for young people

What We’re Looking For

• A confident communicator and relationship-builder
• Strong event planning and organisational skills with a focus on fundraising
• Experience using social media and digital tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Passion for community development and international impact
