Qualifications and Requirements:

Holder of a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a Bachelor of Human Resource Management
Must be available full-time for the entire 12-month internship period
Aged between 22 and 28 years
At least one prior internship in HR or administration.
Membership with IHRM (added advantage)
Background in Secretarial Studies (added advantage)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
A recommendation letter from a religious leader, who should also be included as one of the referees.
